Chef Lee appeared on ABC's Good Morning Now preparing healthy dishes for Partnerhip With Children, a not-for-profit organization that provides emotional and social support to at-risk children so that they can succeed in school, in society and in their lives. As a father, Chris understands the necessity to encourage healthy eating patterns in children throughout their lives, so raising awareness for this cause is an important part of his professional and personal life.

Just a little glimpse of the calm before the storm at the Esquire party. We had 3 successful parties this week to open up the new restaurant and thanks to my team for rockin it out!

Tomorrow morning I'll be on the Kathy Lee and Hoda show around 10am to promote Top Chef Masters. Myself, Anito Lo, and Jonathan Waxman will be competing to cook a full meal for $20. Should be fun so watch it if you can!
